This includes the joint analysis of possible authorisationforms as well as obtaining FinTech licences (banking licence light), banking licences, licences as a securities house and the registration of memberships with self-regulatory organisations (SRO) as a financial intermediary. In addition, we support our clients in the civil law and regulatory categorisation of blockchain-based business models and in the classification of tokens (ICOs, STOs, etc.).
